A 4 time  nationally recognized Counselor Psychologist by the GOI ,UN and FICCI and a Karmaveer Chakra awardee is a captivating REX speaker, she isn’t just an educator – she’s a beacon of hope for countless people and families working extensively in 3 major SDG( Inequality,Education and holistic health/safety).Her dedication transcends awards, including the prestigious “Women Transforming India” by the Government of India. It’s the spark in a child’s eyes when they grasp a complex concept, the relief on a parent’s face when they find support for their struggling teen, the newfound confidence in a working mother navigating mental health challenges. She doesn’t believe in limitations. She spearheaded the introduction of Mind Mapping in Rajasthan, a revolutionary learning tool that unlocks potential for all students. Vatsalya Legacy Preschool, the state’s first inclusive school, stands as a testament to her unwavering belief in every child’s right to a quality education.

From playful preschoolers to stressed executives, Ms.Nisha understands the spectrum of mental health needs. Her expertise encompasses children, adults, and professionals, empowering them to navigate anxieties, depression, and life’s challenges. Her counseling sessions are not just informative – they’re a safe haven for healing and growth.

Weaving Leadership through Innovation:

Her passion extends beyond the classroom. Leveraging her expertise in leadership and human behavior, she has played a pivotal role in the growth of three startups. This spirit of innovation continues with The Bridge, her groundbreaking startup offering crucial mental health support  to   working adults, executives, and employees and inclusive education to children with special needs in mainstream. The Bridge isn’t just a business; it’s a testament to her leadership in building solutions that bridge the gap in mental healthcare and educational institutions. She has touched 0.1 million lives .

Leaving an Enduring Legacy:

The  impact extends far beyond individual interactions. Her training programs have equipped over 55,000 teachers and 5,000 professionals with the tools to become agents of change, impacting the lives of countless others. Through her tireless efforts, she has directly counseled and empowered over 25,000 parents and students.

Advocate for Children: Ms. Nisha is a fierce advocate for child safety, actively promoting POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) awareness and collaborating with child helplines and departments of child rights for safety, substance abuse and equality. She also made a GUINNESS world record  for an awareness drive on child safety .
